This is where in a few weeks i will hopefully be removing the 1.2mpi 16v out of my car and rebuilding it whilst replacing the clutch and possibly the camshaft for a piper cams street one to give me about +8 bhp more

the upgrades i am hoping to do are:

• FSE power Boost Valve-£82.99
• Pipercams Street performance camshaft-£200
• induction kit & cold air feed-£29.99
• rebuild the head-£10
• re-seat the valves-£8
• port and polish the head-£64.99
• port match the inlet and exhaust for better gas flow-£4
• ceramic coat the exhaust manifold-£10
• EBC front brake discs & pads-£120
• paint the block and parts to reduce under bonnet tempuratures-£10
• uprated clutch-£80
• pro long oil for better efficiency and reduced engine component ware-£40
• Sportex Race Tube exhaust-£90
• performance Back Box-£85
• Total = £834.97

the price above is arough pricing only as im still looking around for cheaper prices and i am also looking at building a roll cage for my car at a cost of around £150-200, to see some plansi have made check out the photo gallery under roll cage plans.
